Your favourite The Little Gym story?

- I’ve been working at The Little Gym for over 5 years now so a lot of stories come to mind! I don’t have a specific story but what make me really happy are the relationships you can build with some children and parents. For example this new “Funny Bug” who doesn’t want to go inside the gym and cries in his mum arms. At the Little Gym we’ve learned what to do in this situation but we know it could be really difficult and a big challenge. My favourite part of the story is when you see this child joining you class with a big smile after a few minutes or after 5 lessons.

How did you get interested in sports?
- As far as I remember I’ve always been interested in sports, specifically in gymnastics and horse riding, but I’ve tried a lot of different sports. I was an active child and it was difficult for me to stay quiet and concentrate at school. I still need to learn through movement and most of the kids also need that. This is exactly why I love so much The Little Gym program, physical activity is a leverage for the development of many skills.

What do you love to do in your free time?
- I really enjoy time outside with friends and family, I’m a social person and it is important for me to be with the people I love.
But my favourite activity is definitely dance! It is this great and satisfactory feeling I have after each dance rehearsal or performance! I can stay alone hours and hours trying new movements and choreography.

What can't you live without?

- I appreciate good food… I’m a foodie !

Where have you lived?
- I’ve always lived in Belgium. As a child I grew up in the south of the country and I moved to Brussels 5 years ago. I am not a real globetrotter but I travelled a little bit and if I have to choose a country I would like to live in it would be Thailand.
